The Gas Stove works and the sink drains. There is no head currently installed although there are stopcocks currently corked up and a salvaged head on the deck! The entire interior is original and although rather cosy there is at least plenty of storage space under the 4 berths and the companionway step. I had the electrics rewired as they were in a right state when I bought her. All Nav lights are now working, as is the GPS and the (battery operated, slightly antique) Echo Sounder. The VHF is new but requires a fuse and needs an antennae hooking up. She is fully wired for shore power; she has a lengthy shore power cable and various plug points. There is no working alternator so I was charging the battery from the mains. The outboard is a 9.9hp seahorse. Old but good runner, Exterior wise she is sound but a bit of TLC (varnishing and the like) would do her good. I am unsure about the current condition of any anodes. Bad bits; The sails need some attention. The storm jib and mainsail are in reasonable condition although could do with a good clean. The main jibs sail hanks are corroded- could do with a good clean and greasing. I've already mentioned there is no head installed. Whether someone wants to go the trouble or not is up to them. There are a few lines and a couple of fenders to be thrown in.
